Check out this story about a Catholic summer camp in the Rocky Mountains, named for
Blessed John Paul II, the theologian of the mountain.
Camp Wojtyla serves middle school and high school youth,
drawing them away from the oppressive culture that they are growing up in and
closer to the God who loves them. This
is something our patron would do often during his time in Poland, inviting
young people to the mountains in order to pray with them and teach them things
that would be lost in the valley.
It is good that his mission continues to be
carried out!
